Terms of Use

These terms apply to everyone who signs in to the DDA Creators Dashboard (the "Dashboard"). By signing in you agree to them. The Dashboard is a custom system owned by Kelly Studio (SSM 202603231674 (CT0168738-K)), which DDA subscribes to under a separate agreement between DDA and Kelly Studio. If anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.

Who can use it

Only people DDA has given a login. Your access depends on the role DDA sets for you, and DDA can change or remove it at any time.

Your login

Your login is for you alone. Don't share your password or let anyone else use your account, so that every change is recorded against the right person.
Choose a password you don't use anywhere else, and tell a DDA admin straight away if you think someone else knows it.
Sign out on shared or public computers.

Using the Dashboard properly

Use it only for DDA's work, and keep the information in it accurate.
Treat everything in it as confidential to DDA: creators' earnings, brand fees, contacts and targets. Don't copy or export it except for DDA's work.
Don't try to reach parts of the Dashboard or data your role doesn't allow, test its security, or interfere with how it works.
Don't upload anything unlawful or anything you don't have the right to use (for example a brand logo you have no permission for).

Who owns what

The Dashboard itself (its software, code, design and features) belongs to Kelly Studio and is provided to DDA as a subscription. Your login lets you use it for DDA's work; it doesn't give you or DDA any ownership of the software, and you mustn't copy, reverse engineer or resell it.

The information in it

The business records belong to DDA. Kelly Studio stores and processes them only to run the Dashboard for DDA, as set out in the Privacy Policy. Figures in the Dashboard come from what DDA's team enters, so check anything important (such as an amount owed to a creator) against DDA's own records before relying on it.

Availability

Kelly Studio works to keep the Dashboard running, secure and backed up, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside anyone's control. Changes and new features are added over time.

Ending access

DDA can disable a login at any time, for example when someone leaves or if these terms are broken. Records you created stay in the Dashboard as part of DDA's history.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated, and the date at the top will change when they are. Questions about your access go to a DDA admin. Questions about the Dashboard itself can go to Kelly Studio at michael@kellystudio.work.
